In this EcoAdventure, we will hear firsthand from Zenaida and Doña Antonia, who have been involved in oyster farming for more than 15 years, all about the different stages of this activity. Additionally, we will help along with a few of their daily activities like oyster seed planting, washing of oyster crates, size separation, and of course, the selection of those oysters that are ready for harvest. Finally, CEDO's naturalist guide will give a lecture on estuaries of the region and walk together to marvel the beauty of being in an estuary.
